I’m Christine

Truly committed to helping people shed what holds us down, find what gives life meaning and purpose and live within that intention in both small and big moments.  Christine is what she practices and she wants to share mindfulness and meditation for self, group, team or organizational growth. my Intention comes from wanting to help each of us live our unique life in alignment with and actions that show intention.

A good coach, can help you find your way, cut through the barriers, and build a path that feels like home.  Whether it is listening, asking the right questions, developing skills or helping see what is there and options ahead, Christine can help you find your way. 

Christine teaches mindfulness and meditation to individuals or groups, adults, youth in both professional and incarcerative settings.  Christine also co-teachers Mindful Self-Compassion. 

As a leader and person who connects vision, change management and operations, Christine can help connect agency mission, culture, policy and operationalize it.
